對(dui)于(yu)(yu)風機(ji)水泵類負(fu)載,按照電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)的(de)額(e)(e)定(ding)電(dian)壓/額(e)(e)定(ding)電(dian)流/額(e)(e)定(ding)功率,選(xuan)用(yong)合適的(de)變(bian)頻器(qi)(qi)。對(dui)于(yu)(yu)皮帶機(ji)等(deng)恒功率負(fu)載,要根據負(fu)載工況,選(xuan)用(yong)與其工作特性相適應(ying)的(de)變(bian)頻器(qi)(qi),如下運皮帶機(ji)或者(zhe)提(ti)升運輸絞車,選(xuan)用(yong)四(si)象限特性的(de)變(bian)頻器(qi)(qi),變(bian)頻器(qi)(qi)的(de)功率應(ying)參考電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)的(de)額(e)(e)定(ding)電(dian)流進行選(xuan)擇,并大于(yu)(yu)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)一個等(deng)級(ji),以滿足(zu)重載起動(dong)的(de)要求。
對于(yu)深井泵(潛(qian)水(shui)泵)負載(zai),不同(tong)于(yu)一般的(de)水(shui)泵負載(zai),由(you)于(yu)變頻器到電動(dong)機的(de)距離較(jiao)遠,需要(yao)增加(jia)輸出正弦波濾(lv)波器,改(gai)善輸出電壓和電流波形(xing),增加(jia)驅動(dong)性能;變頻器驅動(dong)水(shui)泵負載(zai)時(shi),由(you)于(yu)排水(shui)泵為立(li)方特性負載(zai),即(ji)轉(zhuan)速越(yue)高(gao)阻力(li)越(yue)大,所以變頻器的(de)啟動(dong)時(shi)間不要(yao)太長,否則(ze)水(shui)泵會由(you)于(yu)不能形(xing)成(cheng)真(zhen)空而不上水(shui);調試中還要(yao)注意水(shui)泵的(de)“水(shui)錘效(xiao)應(ying)”,否則(ze)損壞管(guan)路(lu),嚴重時(shi)釀成(cheng)事故。
