壓(ya)(ya)風(feng)供(gong)(gong)氧(yang):壓(ya)(ya)風(feng)供(gong)(gong)氧(yang)主(zhu)要是(shi)利用(yong)煤(mei)礦中(zhong)(zhong)的壓(ya)(ya)風(feng)系統向硐(dong)室供(gong)(gong)應新鮮空氣(qi),因為空氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)含有氧(yang)氣(qi),因此相當于給硐(dong)室供(gong)(gong)應了充(chong)足的氧(yang)氣(qi)。但如果壓(ya)(ya)風(feng)管道在礦難中(zhong)(zhong)遭到破壞,則壓(ya)(ya)風(feng)供(gong)(gong)氧(yang)功能將停止,必須另(ling)想其它(ta)辦(ban)法予以供(gong)(gong)氧(yang)。(2)壓(ya)(ya)縮氣(qi)瓶(ping)供(gong)(gong)氧(yang):壓(ya)(ya)縮氣(qi)瓶(ping)供(gong)(gong)氧(yang)是(shi)目前(qian)救生艙(cang)及硐(dong)室普遍采(cai)用(yong)的一(yi)種安(an)全供(gong)(gong)氧(yang)方式。
(1)壓風供(gong)氧:壓風供(gong)氧主要是利用煤(mei)礦中(zhong)的(de)壓風系統向硐室供(gong)應新(xin)鮮空(kong)氣(qi),因為空(kong)氣(qi)中(zhong)含有氧氣(qi),因此相當于給(gei)硐室供(gong)應了充足的(de)氧氣(qi)。但(dan)如果壓風管道在礦難中(zhong)遭到(dao)破壞,則壓風供(gong)氧功(gong)能將(jiang)停止,必須另想其它辦法予以供(gong)氧。(2)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)氣瓶供(gong)(gong)(gong)氧(yang)(yang):壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)氣瓶供(gong)(gong)(gong)氧(yang)(yang)是(shi)目(mu)前(qian)救生艙(cang)及硐室普(pu)遍(bian)采用的(de)一種(zhong)安全供(gong)(gong)(gong)氧(yang)(yang)方式(shi)。它是(shi)一種(zhong)不依賴外界支持就能(neng)獨立(li)工作(zuo)的(de)供(gong)(gong)(gong)氧(yang)(yang)方式(shi),在(zai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)風(feng)未(wei)被破壞(huai)的(de)情(qing)況下優先采周壓(ya)(ya)(ya)風(feng)供(gong)(gong)(gong)氧(yang)(yang),在(zai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)風(feng)遭(zao)受(shou)破壞(huai)的(de)情(qing)況下,必須啟(qi)用壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)氣瓶方式(shi)進行供(gong)(gong)(gong)氧(yang)(yang)。氧(yang)(yang)氣供(gong)(gong)(gong)應自控系統包括(kuo)氧(yang)(yang)氣供(gong)(gong)(gong)應自控箱、氣瓶減壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)、氧(yang)(yang)氣傳感器(qi)、金屬壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)軟管、通訊線纜(lan)以(yi)及匯流排組成。
1)對壓縮氧氣(qi)瓶實現匯流并集中供氣(qi)。氧氣(qi)瓶數不限,皆通過本系統自動控制(zhi)。2)自(zi)動偵測(ce)艙內氧氣濃度(采用任意(yi)氧氣濃度傳(chuan)感(gan)器).當氧氣濃度低(di)于某(mou)設定值時(如18.5%).系統自動打(da)開電(dian)磁閥進(jin)行充氧(yang);當氧(yang)氣(qi)濃度(du)高(gao)于某一設定(ding)值時(shi)(如23%),系統自動關閉電(dian)磁閥停(ting)止充氧。3)可(ke)以(yi)實現聲(sheng)光(guang)報(bao)(bao)警(jing),即用(yong)戶可(ke)以(yi)設定一個報(bao)(bao)警(jing)濃(nong)度,當(dang)氧氣濃(nong)度低(di)于該值時,控制板自動進行聲(sheng)音(yin)(yin)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)或屏幕燈(deng)(deng)光(guang)閃爍報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(當(dang)偏離度越(yue)大,報(bao)(bao)警(jing)聲(sheng)音(yin)(yin)越(yue)急促(cu),燈(deng)(deng)光(guang)閃爍越(yue)快速)。用(yong)戶可(ke)以(yi)關閉聲(sheng)音(yin)(yin)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)和燈(deng)(deng)光(guang)閃爍報(bao)(bao)警(jing)功(gong)能(neng)。4)氧氣濃度上(shang)限(xian)值、下限(xian)值、報警值可(ke)以通(tong)過觸摸屏(ping)靈活設定。5)通過4寸彩(cai)色液晶屏(ping)動態顯示低濃度區(qu)、適(shi)宜(yi)濃度區(qu)及高濃度區(qu),顯示直(zhi)觀(guan)(guan)清晰(xi),方便(bian)用戶(hu)觀(guan)(guan)察。6)系統(tong)自適應氧(yang)氣(qi)濃(nong)度(du)傳感(gan)器的開機預熱行為,即部分氧(yang)氣(qi)濃(nong)度(du)傳感(gan)器加電后會有10- 20秒的(de)穩定過程,此時系(xi)統自動判斷氧氣濃度傳感器的(de)穩定狀態,然(ran)后再做出(chu)相應的(de)控制(zhi)動作(zuo)。7)氣體管路末端帶流量控制計(ji)音阻尼裝置,使氧氣緩慢(man)勻稱釋(shi)放。8)氣(qi)體管路(lu)采用(yong)雙路(lu)控制(zhi),即(ji)自動(dong)裝置失(shi)效后(hou),用(yong)戶可以馬上切換使用(yong)手動(dong)調(diao)節。9)該系統以節約穩(wen)定(ding)的方式供氧,避免造成氧氣過度(du)浪費。
