壓(ya)(ya)風(feng)供氧:壓(ya)(ya)風(feng)供氧主要是利用煤礦(kuang)中的(de)壓(ya)(ya)風(feng)系(xi)統向硐(dong)室(shi)(shi)供應新鮮空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),因(yin)(yin)為(wei)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)中含有氧氣(qi)(qi)(qi),因(yin)(yin)此相當于給硐(dong)室(shi)(shi)供應了(le)充足的(de)氧氣(qi)(qi)(qi)。但如果(guo)壓(ya)(ya)風(feng)管道在礦(kuang)難中遭到(dao)破壞,則(ze)壓(ya)(ya)風(feng)供氧功(gong)能將停止,必須另想其它辦法予以供氧。(2)壓(ya)(ya)縮氣(qi)(qi)(qi)瓶供氧:壓(ya)(ya)縮氣(qi)(qi)(qi)瓶供氧是目前救生(sheng)艙及硐(dong)室(shi)(shi)普遍采(cai)用的(de)一種安全供氧方式。
(1)壓風(feng)供(gong)氧:壓風(feng)供(gong)氧主要是利用煤礦中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)壓風(feng)系統向硐(dong)室供(gong)應新鮮空氣(qi),因為空氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)含有氧氣(qi),因此(ci)相(xiang)當于給硐(dong)室供(gong)應了充足(zu)的(de)氧氣(qi)。但如果壓風(feng)管道在礦難中(zhong)(zhong)遭到破(po)壞,則壓風(feng)供(gong)氧功能(neng)將停(ting)止,必(bi)須另(ling)想其它辦(ban)法予以供(gong)氧。(2)壓(ya)(ya)縮氣(qi)瓶(ping)供(gong)(gong)(gong)氧(yang)(yang)(yang):壓(ya)(ya)縮氣(qi)瓶(ping)供(gong)(gong)(gong)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)是目前救生艙(cang)及(ji)硐室普遍采用的一(yi)種安(an)全供(gong)(gong)(gong)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)方式。它是一(yi)種不依(yi)賴外界(jie)支持(chi)就能獨立工作的供(gong)(gong)(gong)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)方式,在壓(ya)(ya)風(feng)未被破(po)壞的情況(kuang)(kuang)下優先采周(zhou)壓(ya)(ya)風(feng)供(gong)(gong)(gong)氧(yang)(yang)(yang),在壓(ya)(ya)風(feng)遭受破(po)壞的情況(kuang)(kuang)下,必須(xu)啟用壓(ya)(ya)縮氣(qi)瓶(ping)方式進行供(gong)(gong)(gong)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)。氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)供(gong)(gong)(gong)應自控系(xi)統包括氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)供(gong)(gong)(gong)應自控箱、氣(qi)瓶(ping)減壓(ya)(ya)器、氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)傳感器、金屬壓(ya)(ya)力軟管(guan)、通訊(xun)線纜以及(ji)匯流(liu)排組成。
1)對壓縮氧氣瓶實現(xian)匯流并集中供氣。氧氣瓶數不限(xian),皆(jie)通(tong)過(guo)本系統(tong)自動控制(zhi)。2)自動偵測艙內氧氣濃(nong)度(采用任意氧氣濃(nong)度傳感(gan)器).當氧氣濃(nong)度低于(yu)某(mou)設定值(zhi)時(如18.5%).系統自動(dong)打開電(dian)磁閥進行充(chong)氧;當氧氣濃度高(gao)于某一設定值(zhi)時(shi)(如23%),系統自動關閉電磁閥停(ting)止充氧。3)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)實現(xian)聲光報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing),即用戶可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)設定一個報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)濃度(du),當氧氣濃度(du)低于該值時,控制板自動(dong)進行聲音(yin)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)或(huo)屏幕(mu)燈(deng)光閃(shan)爍(shuo)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)(當偏離度(du)越大,報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)聲音(yin)越急促,燈(deng)光閃(shan)爍(shuo)越快速)。用戶可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)關(guan)閉聲音(yin)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)和燈(deng)光閃(shan)爍(shuo)報(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)功(gong)能。4)氧(yang)氣濃度上限值(zhi)、下限值(zhi)、報(bao)警(jing)值(zhi)可以通過觸摸屏靈活設定(ding)。5)通(tong)過4寸彩色液晶(jing)屏(ping)動態顯示低(di)濃度區、適宜濃度區及高濃度區,顯示直觀清晰,方便用戶觀察。6)系統自適應氧氣(qi)(qi)濃度傳感(gan)器的開機預熱行為,即部分氧氣(qi)(qi)濃度傳感(gan)器加電后會(hui)有10- 20秒的(de)穩定(ding)過程(cheng),此時系統自動判斷氧氣濃度傳感器的(de)穩定(ding)狀態(tai),然后再做出相應的(de)控制動作。7)氣體管路末(mo)端帶流量(liang)控制(zhi)計(ji)音阻尼裝置,使(shi)氧氣緩慢勻稱釋(shi)放。8)氣體管(guan)路采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)雙(shuang)路控(kong)制(zhi),即自(zi)動裝置失效后(hou),用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶可(ke)以馬(ma)上切換使用(yong)(yong)(yong)手動調節。9)該系統以(yi)節約(yue)穩定的(de)方式(shi)供氧(yang)(yang),避免造成氧(yang)(yang)氣過度浪費。
