刮(gua)(gua)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)機(ji)中(zhong)部槽是刮(gua)(gua)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)輸送機(ji)的(de)(de)機(ji)身,由中(zhong)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)和槽幫(bang)剛等組成,上槽運煤下槽供(gong)刮(gua)(gua)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)鏈返程(cheng)用。傳統刮(gua)(gua)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)機(ji)中(zhong)部槽的(de)(de)中(zhong)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)對接后表面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)平(ping)面(mian)(mian)度(du)有較大(da)誤差(cha),增大(da)了(le)刮(gua)(gua)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)運行阻力,加速了(le)中(zhong)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)非正(zheng)常磨損。我單(dan)位(wei)生產(chan)的(de)(de)刮(gua)(gua)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)輸送機(ji)耐(nai)磨中(zhong)部槽和普通型的(de)(de)相比,其(qi)使用壽命平(ping)均延長(chang)了(le)2-3倍,大(da)幅度(du)減少了(le)返修工作量,顯著提高了(le)煤礦經(jing)濟效益。
刮板(ban)(ban)機中(zhong)部槽是刮板(ban)(ban)輸送(song)機的機身(shen),由中(zhong)板(ban)(ban)和槽幫剛等組成,上槽運煤下(xia)槽供刮板(ban)(ban)鏈返程用。傳統(tong)刮板(ban)(ban)機中(zhong)部槽的中(zhong)板(ban)(ban)對接后(hou)表面(mian)的平(ping)面(mian)度有較大誤差,增大了(le)(le)刮板(ban)(ban)運行阻力,加速(su)了(le)(le)中(zhong)板(ban)(ban)的非(fei)正常磨損(sun)。我單位生產的刮板(ban)(ban)輸送(song)機耐磨中(zhong)部槽和普通(tong)型的相(xiang)比,其使用壽命平(ping)均(jun)延長(chang)了(le)(le)2-3倍,大幅度減少了(le)返修(xiu)工作量,顯著提高了(le)煤礦經濟(ji)效益。
1. 抗沖擊力高于中板(ban) 16Mn 鋼(gang)板(ban),不(bu)開裂,不(bu)剝(bo)落。
2. 平均硬度為 HRC60-70 ,為中(zhong)板(ban)的三倍以上。
3. 摩擦系數比中板降(jiang)低(di) 50% 。
4. 耐(nai)酸(suan)耐(nai)堿耐(nai)鹽水腐蝕性是(shi) 16Mn 鋼板的10 倍以上。
5. 按照刮板運(yun)行方式經計算合理布局,使運(yun)行阻(zu)力和噪音降至很低。
6. 槽經熔覆處理后(hou),整體強度增強,受力后(hou)不容易發生變形
