1. 抗沖擊力(li)高于中(zhong)板 16Mn 鋼板,不開裂,不剝落。
2. 平(ping)均硬度為 HRC60-70 ,為中(zhong)板的三倍以上。
3. 摩擦(ca)系數比中板降低 50% 。
4. 耐酸耐堿耐鹽(yan)水腐蝕性(xing)是(shi) 16Mn 鋼板的10 倍以上。
5. 按照刮板運行(xing)方式(shi)經(jing)計算合理布局,使(shi)運行(xing)阻力和(he)噪音(yin)降至(zhi)很低。
6. 槽經熔覆處(chu)理后,整體強度增強,受力后不容易發生變形
