由(you)于調(diao)車(che)作(zuo)(zuo)業需要,將集中操縱的個(ge)別道(dao)岔(cha)(cha)轉為現場(chang)操縱的道(dao)岔(cha)(cha)為局(ju)控道(dao)岔(cha)(cha),局(ju)控道(dao)岔(cha)(cha)可提高調(diao)車(che)作(zuo)(zuo)業的效率。局(ju)控道(dao)岔(cha)(cha)由(you)室(shi)內(nei)外值班(ban)員及調(diao)車(che)作(zuo)(zuo)業人員共同聯絡(luo)使用,使用時需轉接控制權手續
由(you)于調(diao)車(che)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)需要,將集中(zhong)操(cao)縱(zong)的(de)個別道岔(cha)(cha)轉(zhuan)為(wei)(wei)現場操(cao)縱(zong)的(de)道岔(cha)(cha)為(wei)(wei)局(ju)(ju)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)道岔(cha)(cha),局(ju)(ju)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)道岔(cha)(cha)可(ke)提高調(diao)車(che)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)的(de)效率。局(ju)(ju)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)道岔(cha)(cha)由(you)室內(nei)外值班(ban)員及調(diao)車(che)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)人員共(gong)同(tong)(tong)聯絡使用,使用時需轉(zhuan)接控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)權(quan)手續。局(ju)(ju)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)道岔(cha)(cha)在使用過程中(zhong),在機(ji)車(che)車(che)列離開道岔(cha)(cha)尖(jian)軌后(hou)就能(neng)(neng)人工(gong)扳動道岔(cha)(cha),而不受道岔(cha)(cha)區段鎖(suo)閉的(de)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),局(ju)(ju)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)道岔(cha)(cha)在局(ju)(ju)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)期間(jian),車(che)站不能(neng)(neng)利用該區域建立進(jin)路,另一咽喉向該區域也(ye)不能(neng)(neng)接車(che),只有在作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)完成或(huo)取消車(che)站收回集中(zhong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)權(quan)后(hou),才能(neng)(neng)進(jin)行集中(zhong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),室外作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)人員同(tong)(tong)時失去局(ju)(ju)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)權(quan)。
